It would be unrealistic to expect divorce to be easy. It is the process of unravelling two shared lives, and a serious relationship which meant a great deal to both of you. It would never be a walk in the park to legally separate without some hurt, sadness and perhaps a touch of bitterness too.

The founder of online shopping giant Amazon and the world’s richest man, Jeff Bezos, has finalised what is believed to be the world’s most expensive divorce. The settlement between Bezos and his wife of over 25 years, MacKenzie Bezos, is understood to be an enormous £27 billion.
