Hayley McConville

Solicitor

Hayley studied Law and graduated with a 2:1 (Hons) accredited by Lancaster University, before completing her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester.  In 2011, Hayley qualified as a Solicitor and has worked at a number of firms in the Northwest and the Midlands, joining our practice in June 2022.
Hayley is able to offer specialist legal advice on all family matters, including divorce and separation, child contact and residence matters, financial settlements and domestic abuse cases, non-molestation and occupation orders and Trust of Land claims. 

Being committed to helping families and individuals alike, Hayley prides herself on taking a sensitive yet pragmatic approach in all her cases.  She also has vast experience in civil litigation for more confrontational and problematical cases.

In her spare time, Hayley is always busy with her three young children.  She loves to travel, enjoys winter walks, keeping fit and spending time with family and friends.  Of a weekend evening, you are most likely to find her curled up on the couch watching a good film with a takeaway!
