Receptionist

Jeanette joined the team as receptionist when the firm took occupation of their Semmes House premises having known them previously from their time in Silkhouse Court.

Jeanette is the first point of call for many of our clients, old and new, when they contact the office.

It’s important to me that clients do feel reassured with that initial contact; many are nervous and not sure what to expect and if I can help them feel at ease whether on the phone when they call or whilst they are awaiting their appointments then I am happy to do so”

Jeanette is an integral part of TMFL’s high standard to customer services.
