Phil joined Tracey Miller Family Law in December 2012 as Angela Traynier’s personal assistant. As the company has grown and expanded, Phil moved into the role of Credit Controller in 2014 to oversee and manage client account credit.

Since joining TMFL he has enjoyed learning about family law and legal procedures. Phil understands well the difficulties involved in sensitive family matters, given his own personal childhood experience with family divorce issues, and so empathises easily with all parties involved in such affairs; particularly children.

Phil feels the TMFL team shares his views and loves the caring but punctual approach TMFL has towards clients.

Phil lives on the Wirral with his partner, Hailey, whom also works for TMFL, their two small children and their pets. In his spare time, Phil is studying towards a BSc degree in physics. Phil also enjoys reading and both listening to and performing music.
