It has recently been announced that there will be soon be a brand-new divorce court, one that focuses solely on one of the most difficult, complicated and acrimonious aspects of the divorce process – money. The new Financial Remedies Courts will deal only with disputes between the two parties over the division of assets, settlements and other financial matters.
