According to the latest figures from the Office for National Statistics (ONS), unreasonable behaviour is still the most commonly used reason for divorce. Statistics from 2017 showed that 37% of husbands and 52% of wives all petitioned for divorce based on this reason.

One of the most emotionally difficult and testing parts of divorce is the effect it can have on children.
